Jamie is the founder and Director of RCM for Kairos Billing Solutions. She has worked in the Behavioral Health industry as an office manager for over 14 years as well as in billing and credentialing for over 10 years. She loves the challenges of the constantly changing insurance world, most of the time. Jamie grew up in Utah, is the mother of three children, and wife of an amazing husband. Her hobbies include camping, dirt biking, vintage and consignment shopping, and traveling the world.

Keeley was born and raised in small town Pennsylvania. She is the mom of a rambunctious 2 year old boy and a beautiful baby girl. She has been married to her husband for almost 6 years. With many years of customer service experience and more than 5 years working in the medical field, she has a passion for helping others. She and her family love to ride their side-by-side and have bonfires when the Pennsylvania weather allows.

Stacey comes with over 10 years of experience in data entry, item processing, quality check, and procedure writer for American Express. His passion/hobby is photography as well as designing various ideas for T-shirts, mugs, etc. He has been happily married to his beautiful bride for 5 1/2 years. They both enjoy attending concerts when they can.

Angela is a mother of four twin girls and two boys, and a grandmother of three amazing boys, Carter, Cash and Colson. She has been living in Indiana her whole life until recently when she made the move to Michigan to be closer to her grandchildren. She has been working in the medical field for more than 20 years in different patient care and administrative roles. In her spare time, Angela loves to travel, read and spend quality time with her family.

Landy has over 15 years of Mental Health claims processing experience along with many years of claim denial recovery. She is a graduate of Ivy Tech State College where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with an AAS in Medical Assisting. Landy loves her family, which includes her husband of 19 years, her daughter, her son, and her three grandbabies. She enjoys spending time with her family camping, swimming, and soaking up the sun.

Becca has nearly 20 years of experience in office administration, with the last 10 in communications. She has worked for KBS for over 5 years and has become our Employee Manager. She wears a lot of hats in this business. Her quirky little boy keeps her very busy with his love for scootering, supercars, and cats! She enjoys nature, culinary adventures, and anything involving the creative arts.

Holly has 15 years of experience as a Licensed Pharmacy Technician, customer service, and insurance contracting. One of her favorite things is helping people and seeing them smile. She is a married mother of 5, 1 boy and 4 girls. The 2 oldest are soldiers in the United States Army National Guard. In her free time, she loves crafting, reading, and hanging out with her family and friends, preferably in the sunshine.

Mikylah, in addition to being an experienced biller, has several years of customer service under her belt. She lives in a small town in Pennsylvania with her fiancé and 7 year old stepson. Kayla says he's the definition of "wild child"! He keeps them busy between sports and dirt bike races. Spending time with friends and family, cooking, and shopping is where you can find her when she's not hard at work for KBS.
